The Effect of Principal Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation on the Performance of Elementary School Teachers in Halong District

The main key in improving the quality of education is optimization human resources, namely teachers. Teacher performance one factors determinant success any educational effort , but there are other such as principal's transformational leadership, job satisfaction and work motivation. Therefore, this study aims to examine effect of: leadership on teacher performance; with motivation satisfaction, motivation; through satisfaction; principal population was 180 teachers 22 schools a research sample 124 using proportional random sampling technique. data collected instruments consisting principals' (30 items), (20 (27 items) which had been tested for validity reliability. Meanwhile, uses documentation. researchers analyzed by path analysis. results showed that an performance, motivation, intermediary influence performance.
